Former No.1 duo Marcus Fernaldi Gideon/Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo face younger compatriots Leo Rolly Carnando/Daniel Marthin in the opening round of the YONEX SUNRISE India Open 2023 on Tuesday.
The ‘Minions’ hold a 2-0 record over the ‘Babies’, but their last meeting, at the Denmark Open 2022, was a close affair, with Gideon/Sukamuljo winning 22-20 in the third game. They face off in the last match on Court 1.
